This week has been pretty good, haven’t been snacking as much I usually do. But just like any human I made mistakes and had a monster =/. Blah. but the good thing is that I been working out like a beast. As for food thats a different story, not that i have been eating junk food or anything but I do need to eat breakfast and not eat past a certain time.
I decided to go cold turkey, tried the whole cut one thing out a week doesnt work cus i have more bad of another. This mean I am going to need to start a food journal to keep track of calories in and calories out. No red meat no sugar shit and no bread.
I really want to lose wait, I hate always being around skinny people and they wear cute things that show their tummy. =/.
Exercise has been awsome I usally do 1 hr treadmill,1 hr bike, and now i put in 30 mins elliptical. When I say it’s going to be hardcore I mean it. Next I want to add in a spinning class maybe once a week then twice a week after that. Then when my boyfriend and I, get our own place I want to add in insanity and power90. Why? Well, because their the shit and all those put together with eating right I should be good by next summer looking bomb!! I just want my old body back by this summer so I can wear a couple cute things maybe get rid of my cottage chees, that’s my main concern, legs,stomach,arms everything else I will focus on later but those are my majors.
Any who my jo, work, and school have been keeping me busy. I really want to get a car so I can go to this womens pilates place they have kick boxing which i really want to do, and all women will be more comfortable then with allt hat testosterone around me making me nervous. Also, tanning but thats only like 10 mins of my day. Just so I can be busy and keep away from food, it’s a lot easier, well my bf is on his way we are goiing to lunch together so I will update more tomorrow, everyone have an awsome Saturday!!!!

Oatmeal in Jars: Make a Week of Breakfasts in 5 Minutes
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups steel-cut oats
4 cups water
Large pinch saltMix-Ins:
Milk or soy milk
Cinnamon or other spices
Raisins or other dried fruit
Walnuts or other nuts
Jam
HoneyEquipment
5 pint-sized Mason jars with lids (I used wide-mouth jars)
Large saucepan
LadleInstructions
1. Collect your jars and other equipment. I like pint-sized jars for this as they allow a little more room for adding nuts, raisins, and milk later. But you can also use half-pint jars.
2. Bring the oats, water and salt to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes then turn off the heat.
3. Ladle the oats and water into the jars. Cover the jars tightly with their caps and rings. Leave on the counter overnight. (This is how I make my oatmeal and I have had absolutely no problems with it, healthwise, but if for some reason you are not comfortable leaving hot oatmeal out overnight, you can also refrigerate the jars. The oatmeal won’t be quite as well cooked in the morning; it will be a thinner, less creamy oatmeal. But it will still be fine.)
4. The next morning, put all but one of the jars in the refrigerator. Take the cap off one jar and stir up the oatmeal inside. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or until quite hot. Add any milk, raisins, or other mix-ins. Enjoy!

Currently at starucks chillen til school, studying the book that which wich gave me.
School 1-5 pm
Work 5:30-8 pm
After work go home do laundry, make dinner, take shower, study for permit test next Monday.
Today I have not eaten yet, but my lunch is a cup of noodle and pb&j sandwich.
Pretty sure no snacks so far besides the extra starburst I have left (like five).
Dinner for my boo is most likely the free sandwich from work I am going to get him, for me maybe no dinner or another cup noodle.
I would rather eat nothing right now than something not good for me. I have to start my whole healthy eating next week when we get money again, this week we have to survive on cup noodle and frozen burritos, because all our bills and tickets are being paid of this month.
I have to think even though I can’t afford the best of fruit and veggies nor other expensive healthy foods, I can atleast make my food choices not completely fatty. Because not everything is so expensive like oats and a couple fruits, sandwiches and salads I could get those. I know later when my eating habits become better I will have more money to get the other better food for me and my boyfriend.
So this week might not seem good but I am going to do my best, and with the gym I had just gotten my membership but this last sunday the restuaraunt next to it had blown a pipe and water flooded all the neighboring stores so it has been closed since sunday, and they say it wont be open til’ the end of this week.
Tha obviously isn’t a super great importance right now, my main concern this week is making sure all the bills are paid off and taken care of.
So it has a been a long while since I have gotten on Tumblr. Seriously well, now it is time to get it straight again! && I mean the last time to, am sick of starting over starting over, because all this shit pops up, trying to bring me down when I am doing well. Not any more! I am going to Marinello for skincare, now I have a gym membership, and I work at Which Wich. Thank goodness its not albad food there, they have soups!
But it really is now or never, like there is no going back to what I use to do, how I use to act and think. Uh uh no way man. No more being afraid of being happy.
Everyday I am going to take slowly and lovingly. I am going to make the best of everyday. That means doing my daily food log, going to the gym, always having my shit clean and ready for the next day. NO SLACKING OR PROCRASTINATING!
This girl is no longer a child, I am a 21 year young woman. I have so much to say and rant on about but I will withhold myself and do it another day, or maybe in 20 minutes haha.
